Free & Reduced Meal Applications

Free and Reduced application for the 2025/2026 school year will be available beginning the week of July 28th, 2025.

Permission to Share Information

There are many programs and services offered to students by the Millard Schools. Some of these programs provide assistance for students who qualify for free or reduced price meals. These programs, however, cannot access your children's eligibility status without your consent. If you are interested in receiving assistance for your children for any of the programs listed below, you can complete the attached permission to share form and return to your child's school building or mail to:
