Hourly Staff Evaluation
Each spring, hourly support and professional technical staff complete a self-appraisal in TalentEd, reflecting on job performance areas such as attendance, attitude, work quality, and communication. Staff identify their strengths and growth areas, and can view the form in at any time. Once submitted, the appraisal auto-fills into the evaluator鈥檚 summative report, which will be reviewed during a conference with the staff member.
